How We Customize
All customization is completed in-house and managed by our team to ensure the highest quality finish. Each bucket is laser engraved individually, allowing us to maintain consistency, precision, and attention to detail on every order.

Turnaround Time
Production time depends on the quantity ordered, with most orders shipping within 5–7 business days. Once your order is placed, we begin the design process and send a proof for approval. After approval, your order moves directly into production and ships as soon as the final bucket is complete.

CARE & CLEANING
Taking care of your Boss Bucket is about as easy as it gets. A quick wipe-down with a rag or sponge, warm water, and dish soap will handle most everyday messes. All in all, we recommend sticking with hot water, dish soap, and a good scrub as often as you want. Simple as it gets!
If you’re the squeaky-clean type, yes… we’ve pressure washed them too. Disclaimer: while a pressure washer will make your Boss Bucket look brand-spanking new, it can also leave distress marks on the rim, silicone, or bottom, and may weaken reinforced seams. Boss Buckets that have been pressure washed will void the one-year warranty — but hey, at least they’ll look new.
To help prevent mold buildup, we suggest rinsing your bucket out with a hose at least once a week. And if you do end up with mold on the silicone, don’t panic — good old-fashioned white vinegar and baking soda (the way grandma did it) will knock it right out. No harsh chemicals needed, so your Boss Bucket stays safe for your four-legged best friend.

We work hard to get your order out the door as quickly and carefully as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.
During high-volume periods, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This is based upon the size of your order and the address you enter for delivery.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and begin after your order has shipped, not when it is placed.
Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or weather conditions.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.
WARRANTY
WARRANTY POLICY
At Boss Buckets, we stand behind our products and the quality we put into every bucket. We respect your money and know how hard you work to earn it. Because of that, we offer a one-year replacement warranty on all Boss Buckets.
If your bucket experiences a defect or damage within one year of purchase, simply email orders@bossequineproducts.com and include:
• Photos of the damaged bucket
• Proof of purchase, either your order confirmation email or a photo of the original receipt if purchased from one of our retail partners.
Once the purchase date has been verified, we will send you a replacement bucket at no charge.
If you no longer have proof of purchase, please don’t hesitate to reach out anyway. We understand that life happens, and while proof of purchase is preferred, we’re always happy to review your situation and see how we can help.
RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
If you ordered directly from our website, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Boss Bucket. Returned items must be unused and have all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the 3 requirements mentioned above are not met.
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
If you purchased a Boss Bucket through one of our retail partners, returns must be handled directly through that retailer. Please refer to the retailer’s individual return policy for next steps.
