Refund policy

BOSS™ Equine Products only accepts returns if items are unused. 

BOSS™ Equine Products accepts clothing and hat returns 20 days after the purchase date, all items must be unworn.

BOSS™ Buckets can only be returned 20 days after the purchase date, must be unused and in original boxing.

In the case that your buckets arrive damaged, please email your name, order #, and pictures of the damage to orders@bossequineproducts.com
